LumiDen is an online retail store selling smart home accessories shipped from international supplier warehouses.
Orders and Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and include free standard shipping to Southeast Asia. Prices are subject to change without notice. An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel orders if products are out of stock or if we detect fraudulent activity.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, GCash, GrabPay, bank transfers, and cash on delivery (where available). All payments are processed securely through third-party processors. We do not store your full credit card information.
Shipping and Delivery
Standard shipping to Southeast Asia takes 10-20 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, or events beyond our control.
Import Duties and Taxes
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties or local taxes upon delivery. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.
